Our Delivery Options

 

UK Delivery

We offer FREE ECONOMY DELIVERY on all orders to UK addresses. This is using Royal Mail 2nd class post, which unfortunately is taking longer to arrive following the recent changes to the service (only deliver 3 times a week and never at weekends)

Delivery can be upgraded to arrive sooner for £1.69 or £3.69 depending on requirements.

Delivery can also be upgraded to Next Working Day Delivery for a fee of £8.49. Your order must be placed before 1pm on a working day to be dispatched the same day, otherwise it will be dispatched the next working day. Typically we use Royal Mail Special Delivery for our Next Day service which provides delivery pre-1pm to most postcode areas, whilst this is more expensive than most couriers we find their service is unrivalled. If you live in more remote areas then please check the Royal Mail Special Delivery page to confirm if the Next Day service is guaranteed.

 

International Delivery

We offer International Delivery to all countries, the prices are determined by the items that you buy and the service that you choose, and will be confirmed to you as part of the checkout process, but they start from £4.99 for standard delivery services.

The buyer is responsible for any import charges or fees related to the final delivery of the order to their country.

 

Returning an Item

We want you to be delighted with your purchase, but in the unlikely event that this isn't the case we will of course accept the item back as long as it's provided unworn and in a resaleable condition, and within 30 days of the order being placed, returns received between 30 and 60 days after the order was placed will be credited rather than refunded.

Please send the return to the address below and ensure that you include either your name or order number in the parcel so we can identify who it's from. By default we will refund you, but if you'd like to exchange the item for an alternative size or product then just let us know on the note (we do not offer exchanges on orders from outside the UK, just refunds).

Please note that we will not refund any postage fees incurred in sending the return unless the goods are faulty or if you have received the incorrect product, in such instances the return must be agreed in advance. We believe that the Royal Mail offer a fantastic service, but very occasionally items do go astray or are delayed, we cannot action an exchange or refund until we have received the item being returned.

WE DO NOT RECOMMEND USING EVRI OR YODEL FOR RETURNS, they have a tendency to "deliver" in the evenings when our site is closed, this has led to numerous problems with them leaving parcels at the roadside overnight. We cannot consider the return delivered until we have received it INSIDE our warehouse.

NB.1. If you select a delivery service other than our included UK free delivery when placing your order, this cost will not be refunded in the event of a return.

NB.2.  Items returned more than 30 days after the order date will not be refunded, a credit for future use on the site will be issued if we receive the items within 60 days of the order date. Beyond 60 days we are unable to accept returns or exchange requests.

NB.3. In the event of a return from a non-UK address, the sender is liable for all import & custom fees as well as the relevant shipping costs. 

NB.4. If we are charged fees in order to receive any return (i.e. insufficient postage paid, customs / import fees and taxes etc) then these will be deducted from any refund.
